The Department of Defense, in response to litigation, has released to the plaintiff's lawyers the following material concerning three detainees' deaths on June 10, 2006 at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
The DoD FOIA office received this case in eleven large files and has divided each file into a number of smaller files for Web distribution. The original large files containing the Bates numbers and redactions are available for download within each group.
Not all pages have been reproduced. In order to reduce the size of the
files, when there were multiple pages in sequence that were completely redacted
for the same reason or reasons, the first and last pages are reproduced and
